People for loksatta - Boston Chapter had an interactive session with Loksatta Party senior officials on a conference call on September 26th, 2009 at the Boston Public Library-Honan Allston branch on Saturday. In this interactive session, Dr.Jayaprakash Narayan, Mr.Vijay Anand - President of the Lok Satta Party, Tamil Nadu and Mr.Parthasarathy - senior member of the Lok Satta party, Andhra Pradesh have joined through a conference call. A group of 15 enthusiastic members have gathered to participate in this session and the conference call is attended by 55 Boston PFL volunteers and other LSP members.

Mr.Parthasarathy spoke to the members about the need for strong leadership in the Lok Satta party and shared his experiences in LSP. Mr.Vijay Anand informed the talked about Lok Satta's plans to contest in Tamil Nadu state assembly elections in 2011. He mentioned that the party will be officially launched in Tamil Nadu on January 14th, 2010.

Dr.Jayaprakash Narayan has answered several questions from the members who have attended the conference call. Questions from participants are related to developing second level leadership in the party, recruiting women leaders into the party, Suraja movement in villages, and role of NRIs in the party. Dr. JP has congratulated the members on taking a step forward in transforming the country through Lok Satta party and encouraged the members to continue their efforts for a better India.
